  • Vacant Property Inspections & Monitoring:
    Scheduled exterior and interior inspections of vacant properties to ensure secure conditions, identify hazards, and record any changes to the premises.

    Ongoing and seasonal services including winterization and de-winterization, snow and ice removal, sidewalk shoveling, grass cutting, yard maintenance, and exterior upkeep for vacant and managed properties.

  • All services are delivered under a scope-based pricing model with written authorization. Scope adjustments, if required due to site conditions, are documented and approved prior to execution.
